Are all your mugs exactly the same size?

My mugs are all individually made therefore they will not be exactly the same. However they will be very similar in size/ shape. Glazes are all hand poured/ dipped, so will show marks of this process.
Shipping

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
​
I try to get all orders packed up and shipped to you asap. However, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be sent. I send all parcels "signed for" delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

I do not currently ship internationally, please keep checking back on this as this could change.

How to care for your ceramic pieces

Are your products food safe and dishwasher safe?
​
Yes, all my products made for food purposes are food-safe. All my pieces are dishwasher safe apart from my crackle glaze collection. I would strongly advise hand-washing the "cracks in the sand" cups & mugs to ensure longevity. Hand-washing is advised to care for hand-crafted ceramic pieces.

Returns

Do you accept returns or refunds?
​
I do not accept returns or refunds if you decide to change your mind. If there is an issue with your order I will do my best to assist, so please do get in touch. See the contact page.

What if my order arrives damaged in transit?
​
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch asap with your order number, name and photos of the broken/ damaged items. You can contact me at hannahspicer1@hotmail.co.uk or fill out the contact form in that section. I will do my best to send out a replacement or refund.
