Please note that all orders are shipped from the studio in Ayr, United Kingdom. We do offer international shipping, however shipping prices will increase and we are not responsible for paying tax or duty fees on these items. Keep in mind that you may have to pay customs fees when receiving work.
All items are packed using recycled materials. Every effort is taken to pack your order as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives to you intact.
Delivery is usually dispatched within 1-5 working days depending on the size of your order, you will receive an email from us when it leaves us.
When your order arrives please inspect it and get in touch immediately if there is a problem. If any items arrive broken or damaged, you must declare this immediately and provide photographic evidence within 2 days so we can advise you. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your parcel gets lost in the post we can provide you with proof of posting and you should contact the Royal Mail online or the post office.
Care of work: please note all pieces are handmade, and should be handled with care. We strongly recommend hand-washing items, though they are dishwasher safe. If you have further questions about the care of your work, please contact us.
If you place an order and change your mind before the items have been posted then you may cancel and receive a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
